Joystick Bicycle Components, Inc. guarantees its products for twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase: proof of purchase date is that specified on the receipt issued by an authorized dealer. A faulty product will be replaced by Joystick Bicycle Components, Inc. within the above-mentioned period if the defect is not due to carelessness, improper use or incorrect installation and provided the purchaser has reported the problem to Joystick Bicycle Components, Inc. within two months of detecting the defect. Non-compliance with the following indications invalidates any warranty: in which case Joystick Bicycle Components, Inc. will not be liable for any damage or injury possibly occurring. The warranty is offered only to the original purchaser and cannot be extended to third parties, and no dealer, agent or employee of Joystick Bicycle Components, Inc. is authorized to modify, extend and expand it. This warranty does not compromise any possible rights protected by the national laws regarding consumer goods, which the customer always has the right to exercise.

Joystick Bicycle Components LIMITED WARRANTY

Joystick Bicycle Components, Inc. (“Joystick Bicycle Components”) guarantees its products for twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

1) The limited warranty applies only to the original owner of a Joystick Bicycle Components part purchased from a Joystick Bicycle Components authorized dealer; the warranty is void if ownership is transferred to a third party or purchased through an unlicensed channel;

2) The limited warranty does not extend to cover products damaged due to normal wear and tear, customer abuse, negligence, incorrect installation, improper maintenance, improper use, alteration, collisions, crashes, or intentional damage;

3) The limited warranty does not extend to cover damage resulting from causes other than non-conformity in material and workmanship, including but not limited to lack of technical skill, competence, or experience of the user;

4) Upon discovery of a defect, customer must deliver the part, postage paid, with a valid proof of purchase or copy thereof, and with a signed written description of the alleged defect, to Joystick Bicycle Components, Inc., within two (2) months;

5) Proof of purchase date is that specified on the receipt issued by an authorized dealer.

Failure to comply with the aforementioned conditions will invalidate the warranty. Additionally, Joystick Bicycle Components is not liable for any damage or injury caused as a result of use of a damaged product once damage has been detected. A faulty product will be repaired or replaced by Joystick Bicycle Components, Inc. within two months of receipt if it is determined, in the opinion of Joystick Bicycle Components, Inc., that the defect is not due to carelessness, improper use or incorrect installation and provided the purchaser has complied with the aforementioned requirements. By accepting replacement part, customer waives all right to other claims arising from the damage to the part.
